What insurance do you accept?

What is MDVIP, and what does it cost?
MDVIP is a concierge medicine program in which patients pay an annual membership fee for enhanced access to their physician: same-day or next-day appointments, after-hours contact, a smaller patient panel, longer visits, and an advanced annual wellness program. Fees vary by physician and location, are payable quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, and are not covered by insurance. They are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement and may be tax-deductible — consult your tax advisor.
